On Xp Freelancer, each seller is assigned a level based on the quantity and quality of their completed orders. A seller's level is displayed on their profile and in the Catalog:

The higher your level, the better your chances of attracting buyers. The requirements for each seller level are as follows:

New Seller :

• Email Verified
• When you click Become a Seller and click Let’s get started 

Rising Talent

• Earned: at least $200
• Positive Reviews: 5 or more
• Successfully Delivered Orders: at least 90%
• Ratings: 4.7 or more
• ID Verification: Optional

Top Rated

• Earned: at least $1000
• Positive Reviews: 25 or more
• Successfully Delivered Orders: at least 90%
• Ratings: 4.7 or more
• ID Verification: Optional

Top Rated Plus

• Earned: at least $4000
• Positive Reviews: 100 or more
• Successfully Delivered Orders: at least 90%
• Ratings: 4.7 or more
• ID Verification: Required

Conversion

To level up, we also require you to maintain a good Conversion Rate of your Xp Freelancer account. The Conversion rate depends mostly on missed earnings, which include the price of the following orders:

• Canceled orders: An order was placed but then canceled (this does not include cancelations by buyers within 20 minutes of placing the order).
• Missed orders: A buyer messaged you but placed a similar order with a different seller within 5 days. If a buyer placed multiple similar orders with different sellers, then only one is counted.

The required Conversion Rate is not disclosed, but you’re good as long as:

• More often than not, your buyer inquiries result in an order.
• You often receive repeat orders.

How to maintain your level

You can lose your level if you fail to meet the required Conversion or Success rate (see the table above). Conversely, as soon as you improve your rates, you will level up again.
