Refunds are credited back to your account balance or original payment method, depending on the case.

Managing Orders

Once an order is marked complete:
You’ll receive 80% of the total payment, which becomes available after a 14-day clearance period (7 days for Pro Verified sellers).
Level System
Xp Freelancer offers Seller Levels based on performance, delivery times, and client ratings.
Level 1: After completing 10 orders with positive ratings.
Level 2: After completing 50 orders with consistently high performance.
