I have an issue with my debit credit card payment

Posted on 2024-03-23 Updated on 2024-03-23

Issues with payments are extremely rare. However, should this happen, the reason may be one of the following:

  • Your card has expired
  • You don’t have the required funds in your bank account
  • You've entered your credit card information incorrectly (card number, expiration date, etc.)
  • Your card is not protected by 3D secure or the code was entered incorrectly

After making sure that none of the above apply, please try again. Please note that currently, only cards with 3D secure technology are accepted for payment. 3D secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer against fraudsters. It requires you to complete an extra verification step with the card issuer when paying.

To complete your payments, enter the card details and press Confirm and Pay.

You will be redirected to your financial institution’s web page and will be required to enter a verification code sent to you via text message. Please find comprehensive information on how to pay for your orders in this article.

Note: All information is transmitted securely, you don't have to worry about data safety. The purpose of 3D secure authentication is to increase the security of transactions and reduce the risk of card usage without the knowledge of the cardholder through an additional security step.

If after authentication, the system is still unable to process your payment, this means that your financial institution has anti-fraud measures or restrictions in place. Please contact your bank to make sure there are no restrictions or try another payment method.

If difficulties persist and your financial institution fails to inform you of potential restrictions, please report the problem to our Support Team. We will assist you immediately.
