Once you sign up successfully on our platform, you have to start the verification process from our verification Center. Read our guide on how to get verified on Xp Freelancer.

After uploading the required documents properly, our team will review the uploaded documents within 2-3 days.

If everything is okay, you will receive a notification in your mailbox about the approval status of your account.

Once verified, you will see a "Verified" badge on your profile as shown in the image below: 

If for some reason your seller account is not approved, you will receive a notification about the possible reasons behind the rejection.

Reasons for Rejection:

1. Fake IDs.

2. Mismatch of your name on Xp Freelancer and govt. issued IDs.

3. Blurry Profile photo.

4. Blurry ID card photos.

5. Missing Documents.
